Terms of Sale and Use

Situpbro shows friendly reminders on a timer. It doesn’t detect, measure, diagnose, or treat anything, and it isn’t a medical device. If you have pain or a health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

You can use Situpbro free for 24 hours from when you start the trial, without an account or a card. Starting the trial needs an internet connection. One trial per Mac; please don’t try to reset it.

• A license costs $4.99 once (plus any tax shown at checkout). There is no subscription and no renewal.
• It lets you use Situpbro on up to 2 Macs that you own or control at the same time. You can move it by deactivating a Mac in Settings → License.
• It’s personal to you: don’t share, resell, or publish your license key. We may deactivate keys that are clearly being shared.
• It includes updates to the 1.x version we release. We may charge for a future major version, but the version you bought keeps working.

You get a license to use the app, not ownership of it. Don’t reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute Situpbro, or get around its licensing, except where the law explicitly allows it.

Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Your license key is emailed to you once the payment is confirmed. You can get a full refund within 14 days; see our Refund Policy. A refunded or charged-back license is deactivated.

An activated license works offline. Activating, deactivating, and occasional license checks need internet. We aim to keep the licensing service running, but can’t promise it will never be down. If we ever stop running it, we’ll release an update or another way for paying customers to keep using the app.

Situpbro is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without taking away protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Questions go to contact@mohaintech.com.
