Refund Policy

• Email contact@mohaintech.com within 14 days of your purchase.
• Send it from the email address you bought with, or include your license key or Stripe receipt.
• We refund the full $4.99 to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

A refunded license is deactivated. Situpbro on your Macs switches to “License inactive” the next time it checks in online, and reminders stop. Your settings stay on your Mac in case you come back.

Purchases older than 14 days aren’t normally refundable. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, write to us anyway; we’ll be reasonable. Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund that your local consumer law gives you.

Situpbro is digital content you can use immediately. Instead of asking you to give up your 14-day right of withdrawal, we simply honour it: our 14-day refund applies to every purchase.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and a disputed license is suspended while the dispute is open.
